192.168.10.1 is the default IP address for accessing the web management interface of router brands like WAVLINK, TP-Link, D-Link, and others.

You can easily change the network name (SSID) and password of your wireless network through the router's management interface using 192.168.10.1. Once you log in to the management interface, you will be able to modify the SSID, password, and other settings as needed. This process is straightforward and usually takes just a few minutes. 1. Use the aforementioned method to log in to the router's management interface.

If you have changed the login password for 192.168.10.1 and have forgotten it, you can easily regain access to the management interface. The login password is crucial, as without it, you won't be able to log in to the management interface. However, you can reset the login password easily and use the default login username and password to access the management interface.
Here's how to reset the login password and regain access to the router's management interface:
1. Take a sharp object like a toothpick, paperclip, or SIM card ejector tool (depending on your convenience) to locate the reset button on the back of the router. Be careful not to break the toothpick if you are using one; it should fit into the reset button hole properly.
2. Press and hold the reset button with the sharp object for 8-15 seconds and then release it. If you are using a WAVLINK brand router, holding it for 8 seconds will be sufficient.
3. The router's indicator lights will start flashing, and the router will reboot. After the reboot, all settings will be restored to their factory defaults, including any changed passwords.
4. You can now log in to the management interface using the default username and password.
By following these steps, you can easily restore the router to its factory settings and regain access to the management interface.
